Our Staff is available to make your stay a pleasant and rewarding one.
June 20, 21, Team practice only allowed after 2pm if your team rents stalls this day. All other teams will only get to practice on the 23rd.
First day of competition on Wednesday June 23.

Information: Competitors and Coaches will receive an "ALL ACCESS" Pass at no cost. All others pay $5 per day.
Parking: $5 per day. No parking at barns, park in designated areas only.
If you sell the required raffle tickets the above fees can be waived.

When you arrive at the Henderson County Regional Fair Park please check in. The hours will be published in your packet. When your Organization representative arrives, please check in at at the show office and make sure all paperwork has been received and all fees paid. Make sure you have your original current coggins and if out of state, your heath papers.
Entry/Stall forms are online at www.superride.org for Drill Organizations and Escaramuza. NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ALLOWED
RV Spots are to be reserved on your entry forms
Stalling: Stalling reservations are suggested as Super Ride will include an increase in Drill Teams, Trick Riding, Vaulting Club Competitions. Any stall with a horse, water buckets or shaving in it will be counted as used and billed. LIMITED STALLS. RESERVED BY POST MARK ON PAYMENT.
Escaramuza Competition will also take place at scheduled times. This means more horses and Stalling will be sold out early. We were able to hold stall pricing the same as last year.
Day Fee: A day fee of $8 per horse per day will be required for any horse NOT stalled. NO overnight tie out. No temporary panels.
Day Fee Parking: See map in packet and on website.
Banners: Each competing group is allowed one 3X5 banner in the arena with no sponsor advertising. Location selected by show staff. Additional banners and sponsor banners allowed (contact us for cost).
Trailer Parking: Park all trailers on the open gravel lot after unloading.
Video: Video taping is allowed with written request. The event will be photographed by Roy Ortiz.
Still Pictures: NO photographers allowed on the HCRFC grounds at any time without written permission of the event MANAGER. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Music: CD only.
